Terms & Conditions:

Designers selected will work with the Swat Valley Guild to co create the product they will put forward for the crowd funding campaign. The Designer will own the IP they create. The motivation for this campaign is to help the designers build their careers. as well as support the artisans at the same time. The sample of the design will be constructed using a local sampling company in the UK from the funds raised in the campaign. The funds raised during the crowd funding campaign will pay for the sample to be professionally made. Swat Valley Guild will receive standard wholesale rates for their support. The Swat Valley Guild will pay local market rates plus 25% to the artisans they support. This will help cover the costs each party incurs - if no funds are raised during the crowd funding campaign then no production will take place. BizGees will not be liable for any miscommunications, mis-interpretations or any other similar concerns. This is a social support project.
