A. Model Release

I hereby give to Booths Photography by Jim Rose the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he has taken of myself:

a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

B. Liability

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

C. Copyright & Penalty

Booths Photography by Jim Rose retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release only allows publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests) with full credits to the photographer. Selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission is not permitted. I also understand that Booths Photography cannot be held responsible for the misuse or miscredit of my images by others once the images have been placed online in digital format. I understand that I am able to use the images of myself, taken by Booths Photography, for my own portfolio, personal print, and/or social media accounts, but only with proper credit given to Booths Photography and/or Jim Rose (Either by business name, Twitter/Instagram handle, Facebook tag, or website credit).

D. Compensation

The model understands and agrees there will be no compensation for model's time, talent, travel, services, clothing, props, equipment, or use of location associated with the model.

Note from photographer: My boudoir business thrives on word of mouth and being able to share images for others to see. I have earned a reputation for discretion. Rest assured that I value your privacy and that your images are safe with me. With that said, I would love permission to use select images from your session in marketing materials and on my website. Please indicate below which privacy level you feel comfortable with. Check all that apply.*

I will allow Booths Photography to blog or showcase all images on websites as long as it is associated with the studio (including blogs for boudoir & photography sites)I will allow Booths Photography to use all images on the studios personal website.I will allow Booths Photography to use lingerie images for promotion on social media.Please keep my images private, do not share with anyone.

The following levels of rights to release and reproduce are used for boudoir clients only as an addendum to the afore mentioned model release. By signing next to the level of rights release that you permit Booths Photography to use, you are stating that you allow Booths Photography to proceed with reproduction and display of your images in tasteful marketing and advertising campaigns.*

FULL RIGHTS RELEASE: The client authorises Booths Photography to reproduce and display their images in marketing and promotional campaigns in both print capacity and on the internet. This can and will be done without prior approval of the client.LIMITED RIGHTS RELEASE: The client authorises Booths Photography to reproduce and display their images in marketing and promotional campaigns in both print capacity and on the internet. Once the selected images have been chosen the client will be contacted by Booths Photography for written approval to use the specific images requested. This approval can be done via email.FACELESS RIGHTS RELEASE: The client authorises Booths Photography to reproduce and display their images in marketing and promotional campaigns in both print capacity and on the internet as long as the client is not recognisable in the images. Specifically the client’s face would not be showing and they would be unidentifiable to outside viewers.NO RIGHTS RELEASED: The client DOES NOT authorise Booths Photography to use their images in any marketing or promotional campaigns other than the studio's personal website.
