Due to the current situation we have decided to temporarily suspend our valet parking service unless requested in advance. Please be aware the walk from our car park is steep, if you feel you will require help with parking please let us know in advance by specifying below. We still recommend heading to the main hotel entrance forecourt on arrival for the unloading of luggage.
Please be responsible when visiting us and honestly appraise whether there could be a risk of you carrying the Covid-19 virus. Please do not travel to us and contact us immediately if you answer yes to any of the following questions.
I currently have, or have had within the last 7 days, a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
I currently have, or have had within the last 7 days, new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
I currently have, or have had within the last 7 days, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
I am aware of recent contact with a person who is expected of, or is confirmed to be, carrying the Covid-19 virus
If during your stay with us you develop any of the above symptoms, or become aware of recent contact with a person confirmed to have Covid-19, the following steps must be followed.
- Yourself or other guests sharing your accomodation must not leave your room
- Contact Reception immediately by telephone
- Anything you need will be delivered to your room and left outside, further guidance on how to deal with transfer of items in and out of your room will be followed
- Arrange a test immediately, if you are unsure on how to do this then our staff can help. A testing centre is located less than 5 minutes from the hotel
- Make us aware of any hotel staff or other guests you may have had prologed contact with during your stay
