  • I/we acknowledge that I/we are now required to make a payment of a holding deposit, which is equivalent to 1 weeks rent.  Without this, the application cannot proceed any further and the property  is still fully available.

    I understand that this holding deposit is non-refundable if:

    1. The requested documentation from the referencing company is not provided within 5 working days from the date the holding deposit was paid.

    2. Any applicant fails the right to rent check

    3. Any applicant(s) provide false or misleading information

    4. If the tenant withdraws their application altogether.

    I further understand that this holding deposit is refundable if the landlord declines the application after receiving the documentation requested.

    Upon receipt of the holding deposit, your details will be sent to a referencing company of our choice, so please keep an eye on your e-mails for this form link.

    If my application is successful, I will make payment of the first month’s rent, minus the holding deposit paid and full deposit* on commencement of the tenancy agreement/move in date.

    I declare the details given on the Stage 1 & Stage 2 forms are true and correct and will be the basis of any Contract between myself and Cooper & Cutt. I acknowledge this is not the Tenancy Agreement and does not represent any offer between Cooper & Cutt and the prospective Tenant(s).

    By signing this Stage 2 Application form document, you acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of the Government leaflet called “How to rent” and understand its content.

    x Set up your gas and electricity account to help you choose the best available tariff and payment option from a choice of suppliers.

    To help you setup your household services, Tenant Shop will call you unless you Opt Out as below.

  • PROPERTY NOTIFICATIONS
    To help with the move-in process we have teamed up with Tenant Shop to streamline the registration process for your new property by notifying the local council, water and energy suppliers of your move.

    We will use software supplied by Tenant Shop to notify all the necessary organisations that you have arrived and provide your contact information, moving in date and meter readings where applicable.

    Tenant Shop will call you to clarify the current suppliers to your new property.

    The reverse will happen when you move out.
