Noise

The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning.

1)       Hirers must advise the hall administrator during the booking process that they intend to use a Disco or Live Band using the booking form.

2)       Windows and doors must be kept closed during such events unless there are exceptional circumstances e.g. very warm weather

3)       High noise levels must not continue for more than 3 hours

4)       Sunday to Thursday high noise levels must finish by 2200

5)       Friday and Saturday high noise levels must finish by 2300

6)       Failure to comply could result in the withholding of any deposit that has been paid.

The use of the Hall and its facilities is subject to the payment of a booking/breakage deposit and the hire fee, as well as acceptance of Lyng & District Community Hall's Terms & Conditions of Hire and Policies.

The Hirer must be aged 18 years or over.

The Trustees of the Lyng & District Community Hall reserve the right to add any special conditions of hire they may deem relevant and these (if any) will be notified to you in writing and agreed before the booking is confirmed.
