Health & Safety in the Workplace
The course will familiarise you with the importance of health and safety, what your and employer’s duties are, the risks that you may face, and the arrangements and procedures your employer should have in place. With this requisite knowledge, you will be fully prepared to recognise hazards and risks and do all you can to uphold health and safety control measures and guarantee your and everyone else’s wellbeing.
By the end of this course, learners will have an understanding of:
- What health and safety at work is and why it is important.
- The work-related hazards and risks that commonly cause accidents and ill-health.
- You and your employer's responsibilities for upholding health and safety.
- The welfare facilities that your employer should make available to you.
- The safety measures and procedures your employer will put in place and how you can help to uphold them.

What do I need?
No entry requirement all you need is:
Be 18 + years old
Have a good understanding of written and spoken English
