Fob
The fob has been issued to {EmployeeName} with the below - mentioned understanding:
- It is your responsibility for looking after office fob
- The employee shall be liable to replace or pay an equivalent amount to the organisation in case of theft, loss or damage to the property.
- The organisation retains the right to deduct the same from the salary in case of such an event.
- The Fob will be returned when {EmployeeName} leaves the company
Keys
The keys has been issued to {EmployeeName} with the below - mentioned understanding:
- It is your responsibility for looking after office keys
- The employee shall be liable to replace or pay an equivalent amount to the organisation in case of theft, loss or damage to the property.
- The organisation retains the right to deduct the same from the salary in case of such an event.
- The Keys will be returned when {EmployeeName} leaves the company
Credit Card
- You are responsible for looking after company credit when using it
- If the card is lost or stolen you must tell {seekteachers} immediately and call the credit card company to block the use of the card
- By using a company credit card, you agree to comply with the rules of the Company Credit Card in the Employee Handbook
- If you make purchases beyond the scope, you will be liable to repay the company. The organisation retains the right to deduct the same from the salary in case of such an event.
- The Credit Card will be returned when {EmployeeName} leaves the company
Laptop - {LaptopModel}
The laptop has been issued to {EmployeeName} with the below - mentioned understanding:
- The laptop issued is for solely official work purpose
- The employee shall be fully accountable for theft, loss or damage to the property
- The laptop requisition form must be signed before taking possession of the laptop
- The employee can mention necessary specifications needed for their job function before taking handover from the Systems Admin Department
- Any additional softwarehardware required by employee (before or after taking handover) should be clearly communicated through email to the {seekteachers}
- Management is at the sole discretion on approving such requests
- In case of any malfunction, employees are required to report the same to the {seekteachers}
- Employees may not take the laptop for repair to any external agency or vendor at any point in time
- The laptop must be returned to {seekteachers} in case of leaving the organisation or if they do not intend to use it for any reason.
- The employee shall be liable to replace or pay an equivalent amount to the organisation in case of theft, loss or damage to the property. The organisation retains the right to deduct the same from the salary in case of such an event
- The {LaptopModel} will be returned when {EmployeeName} leaves the company
Mobile - {MobileModel}
The mobile has been issued to {EmployeeName} with the below - mentioned understanding:
- The mobile issued is for solely official work purpose
