I TICK THIS BOX TO CONFIRM THAT I UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS OUTLINED: I am booking and paying to be a vendor/sponsor at The Pamper Sessions - Beauty, Fashion and Wellness Show on Saturday 17th December 2022 from 12pm-5pm. Vendors will receive a tabletop within the show and their location within the show room can be chosen on a first come, first served basis. I understand that The Pamper Sessions - Beauty, Fashion and Wellness show have the right to, if they deem it to be wise and at their own discretion, change the show date, times and/or location for the success of the booked vendors, guests and staff, should it be deemed necessary, based on factors including but not limited to sales figures, attendee figures and any new rules, restriction or guidance from the Government such as a reoccuring pandemic or other similar circumstance. The Pamper Sessions - Beauty, Fashion and Wellness Show want to give all vendors peace of mind that, should the show date change, your vendor spaces will be covered and will roll over to the next available show date, in accordance with your availability to attend. Please note that all vendor bookings, deposits and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure that you have read this in full before booking and making payment as no refunds will be given after payment has been made.
