    • You have checked all relevant calendars (Global, GMT, Practice Sessions, Social Media Shows, Follow‑Up Sessions, etc.).
    • No scheduling conflicts exist, including:
      • Physical room availability (if needed)
      • Availability of appropriate Zoom lines and Vimeo
    • If your event requires translation, no other translated events are running at the same time

    • Why this matters: Overlapping events create significant challenges for Marketing, Event Support, Customer Service, and AV — teams that are then pulled away from their existing responsibilities to resolve avoidable conflicts. A few minutes of careful calendar checking upfront helps prevent hours of disruption later.
