**Please read before filling out the form**
This application form should be completed by the project coordinator in English.
The form requires the following information to be inputted:
- Name, position and contact details of the project coordinator
- Name, position and contact details of the Chairholder/partners who are participating in the project
In addition, the following documents need to be prepared for upload to the application form:
- Time frame for the proposed activity in pdf
- Detailed budget calculation in excel (see template)
- Endorsement letters of the respective Dean, Faculty Head or legal representative declaring the support of the envisaged project in pdf. (see templates)
- CVs of the coordinator, the chairholder and the lead researcher at each additional partner university
- Contacts list of members of the project team (name, home university, department, position, established/early-career researcher, e-mail)

IMPORTANT Instructions for text entry:
- Copy text from your Word documents first into Notepad (or Notepad ++) and then into the longer text entry fields, or write into the text fields directly.
- You may use the text editing functionalities embedded in the form.
Upon submission you will have access to your file in PDF to check all text is displayed correctly. This is the file that the Selection Committee will receive.
You may still edit your application until 20 February 2024 at 17:00 CET through the link you will receive.
