• Memory-Friendly Neighbourhoods - Digital Inclusion Survey

  • The Memory-Friendly Neighbourhoods project is looking at how people living with dementia use digital technologies, in particular computers, iPads or tablet computers and smartphones. The project is a collaboration between the Universities of Edinburgh and Stirling. We are funded by the Scottish Universities Insight Institute.

This survey can be filled out by people living with dementia or on behalf of a person living with dementia.

If you provide your name and email, this information will only be used to provide feedback on the project. It will not be published or given to any third party. You can submit this survey anonymously by leaving your name and email blank.

The grey text in some of the boxes is there for example purposes and is never recorded as an answer. Once you start typing in a box, it will disappear. Any question with an asterix (*) is required.
