  • D1070 Foundation MOU Authorisation

    As part of your Club Grant Management requirement, your club Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) has to be authorised by two club officers: the Club President and the Club President Elect or Secretary or Treasurer. (note: in that order)

    Presidents: Please complete the name and email address, a brief description of the project and MOU read agreement and authorisation button for yourself.

    Then please complete the 2nd Officer Club role and contact details 

    Finally click the Submit button.

    A confirmation email will be sent to the Club President and a separate email to your 2nd officer requesting them them to authorise their section of the MOU.

    A final acknowledgement from District Foundation will be sent once the process is completed.

    We assume you have read the MOU document already, but if not you can read the MOU document here:- Club Foundation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).  Please note that the provision requiring a separate bank account does not apply to club District Grants; it is only applicable to Global Grants.

    Finally, we are assuming you and your members will have familiarised yourselves with the General Data Protection Regulations set out on our District Website pages which detail how we will handle your data. The first question asks you to confirm you are in agreement.

    What happens next? 

    • A confirmation email will be sent to you as President
    • An email will be sent to your club 2nd officer containing a link to the 2nd part of this form. Your 2nd Officer should authorise the form by ticking 2 boxes and submit the form. Once they have authorised you will receive a confirmation email
    • A confirmation email will be sent to The District Foundation Grants Team
