D1070 Foundation MOU Authorisation
As part of your Club Grant Management requirement, your club Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) has to be authorised by two club officers: the Club President and the Club President Elect or Secretary or Treasurer. (note: in that order)
Presidents: Please complete the name and email address, a brief description of the project and MOU read agreement and authorisation button for yourself.
Then please complete the 2nd Officer Club role and contact details
Finally click the Submit button.
A confirmation email will be sent to the Club President and a separate email to your 2nd officer requesting them them to authorise their section of the MOU.
A final acknowledgement from District Foundation will be sent once the process is completed.
