District Grant Report Form
The information required for this Report form is very basic and is the minimum required for the District Foundation Stewardship Team to administer your report. It is helpful if you have read through your Full Application and where possible ensured that your project and report conforms to it as this is what the Stewardship team will be looking for and ensuring your report conforms with The Rotary Foundation Terms and Conditions and your Club Foundation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Where possible the Grants Team will provide you with a link to autofill some of the information required. Just ask please.
Note! If this is a final report you will need the following available on your computer to upload along with your report. (Ideally in PDF format):-
An itemised spreadsheet with income and expenditure
Website and Social Media Link addresses (and or copies of posts)
A couple of paragraphs on what your club has learned or gained from running a District Grant Project
Any other information you would like to include
