To complete your online booking
You must pay the full amount in person or over the phone - €85/child (phone (061) 312 833 or drop off payment. Your booking is not confirmed until fully paid.
We will acknowledge your application form by email (if an email address is provided) or by telephone call to confirm details and your total amount payable.
Booking Conditions
Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.
- Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the Museum Staff to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed - no refund will be made.
- The Hunt Museum accepts no responsibility for items lost/stolen or damaged on the premises.
- We at The Hunt Museum, reserve the right to modify or cancel any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Photographs and video footage may be taken for promotional reasons, if you have any questions regarding this please contact: education@huntmuseum.com or 061 312 833, and we'll be happy to discuss with you our policy regarding this matter.
- Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
- All participants must be 6 years or older.
- The Hunt Museum will not be responsible for any Camp attending children left unsupervised at our venue before 10 am or after 4pm.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before Friday, 12 April 2019, will be refunded in full.
Any cancellations made after this date are subject to forfeiture of the full booking.
Camp check list:
· Suitable clothing for Painting, getting dirty, playing outside and Arts and Crafts.
· Comfortable clothing and shoes for outdoor games and activities.
· Healthy snack for small break.
· Packed lunch with drink for big break.
· Sun cream or rain clothes, depending on weather.
