I wish to apply for full membership of the Ardoch Development Trust and can confirm
- I am a resident within the parish of Ardoch
- I am aged 18 years or over
- I support the aims and activities of the ADT (please refer to web site)
- I understand that membership is free and that I will undertake to pay a maximum of £1 if requested should ADT Ltd be wound up
