Our stock levels are automatically updated and published to our website. Therefore items which appear out of stock on our website are out of stock in our warehouse.
Most of our items which feature in our Sale section are discontinued styles which we will not be getting back in stock. We may still be able to offer a discontinued style as a bespoke order but this will incur additional charges as it will be created especially for you in our onsite factory and have a 4-6 weeks lead time.

We usually cover sizes ranging from 6 to 24, if we do not currently stock the size that you require, we are able to make your garment bespoke in your size in our onsite factory. This would incur an additional charge and extended lead time of 4-6 weeks.

LogoIf you require a company logo, there would be a set up fee of £25.00 + vat, which includes a sample of the embroidery for your approval, before proceeding.

Please describe the issue with the garment and attach a photo. We can then arrange for your refund or exchange.
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking of cancelling your order. Please note we need to know within 12 hours of you placing your order so that we are able to cancel the order before it is despatched. If your order has already been despatched then we will be unable to cancel your order and you would have to return your purchase if you no longer want the garments.

When is a refund not possible?
