Terms & Conditions (consider that this is an initial and provisional contract)
1. Bankdrafts and Payments
The student has do two bankdrafts at initial stage:
- Payment for Administration Fees of Eur250 (non-refundable) and Eur100 deposit for accomodation (non-refundable). Payment should reach our office prior to issue of Letter of Acceptance and the latter will be issued on condition that this payment is effected. Non-payable bankdrafts, would consider this application as pending and no Letter of Acceptance issued. Kindly note that applications will not be processed unless monies are deposited in our bank account. (You can use Fedex or Western Union or other sources).
- Bankdraft of the Remaining Fees:
- In case that you are applying for a course which its duration is that of 1 year then, all the remaining course fees have to paid through bankdraft which will not be deposited until the acceptance of a visa. The original bankdraft which will not be deposited has to be sent to our office.
- In case the course has a duration of more than 1 year then then the student has to make a first payment of the first year fees excluding the Eur250 of administration fees. Then the remaining fees of the course are to be paid between the 6th month after the commencement of the course and the end of the first year in order to be admitted to the second year of course. All fees are non-refundable once they are cashed.
2. Letter of Acceptance
After the interview a Letter of Acceptance will be issued and the original will be sent to the applicant's address by DHL or equivalent in order to you will be able to a The receipt by the system cannot be considered a conditional letter of acceptance.
3. Application for Student VISA
Once we will send you the letter for acceptance, you can apply for the Student VISA with the respective Embassy. You need to inform us when you have applied and how you have applied. If you have any difficulties in your application we can help you in how to start and go through the process.
4. Outcome on application of Student VISA
You need to inform us immediately about the outcome of your visa application. Kindly note we do not have any authority to influence Maltese Embassies to accept student VISA. If your VISA is granted, you need to make the payment for the the course according to the course structure here under. When we receive the payment and confirmation of payment, we will give you the date of commencement of your course. Then you can buy the ticket and send us a copy of the ticket.
5. Accommodation
We are aware that as part of your VISA application, you need to show that you have accommodation when you arrive in Malta.
6. Payment method
Payments are made directly to LCTS Ltd (mother company of the Malta Leadership Institute) through bank transfer. The Administration fees have to be paid immediately on application. While the remaining fees accordingly.

7. Agents
Agents have permission to help you as career advisors to choose a course that might fit you most. They might ask you for fees like any Career Advisor professional. However, MLI makes it very clear that we disassociate ourselves from any agent fees that might be chargeable to help apply. Fees for courses will be paid directly to the Malta Leadership Institute/LCTS Ltd. As soon as you apply your only point of reference is our customer care - info@maltaleadershipinstitute.com. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM AGENTS but from applicants directly.
