Sound exciting?
This application form contains four sections and takes an estimated 15/20 minutes to complete. The first asks your personal details, the second asks for monitoring information, the third asks generally why you want to join us and any general experience you have, and the final section asks for more details around the role and any relevant experience you have working in that particular area. Although this form asks about your experience, we recognise that not everyone has had the opportunity to gain much experience, and so we also look for passion, enthusiasm and creativity in your application. We also provide flexibility within the Freedom of Mind team, encouraging each other to get involved in other areas where they want to gain more experience, and even the opportunity to move roles if appropriate.
Freedom of Mind C.I.C. welcomes and encourages applications from any person regardless of disability, gender, ethnicity, age, religion or sexual orientation. We recognise that stigma affects different communities in different ways and so we really encourage applications from those from BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) backgrounds.
We understand you may be hesitant to give personal details but please be assured that the first two sections of the form will be detached from the rest on receiving your application and will not affect the selection process. The details you provide are treated confidentially and are for monitoring purposes only.
If you have any questions regarding this form, the application process, or how your information is stored, please contact Katie: katie.finch@freedomofmind.org.uk.
Deadline for applications is rolling and interviews will be arranged on a case by case basis.
