Return requirements
Please note the following basic requirements for a return:
- This form must be submitted and approved before initating the return.
- Returns shall be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original package, including manuals.
- Tailored or discounted products are non-refundable.
- The direct shipping costs for returns are withdrawn from the refund.

- If the return arrives at a neaby pick-up location, we reserve the right to withdraw risen extra logistical / administrative costs.
