FYI. We bill every 4 weeks just like any other good storage provider and we also refund you any unspent rent within 3 working days. We only ask that you stay for a minimum of 7 days after that you are free to move out when you wish. You can also pay up-to a year in advance. Most of our commercial clients pay us this way due to our excellent discounts!
