    To ensure our stores are COVID Secure, our stores may look a little different to what they we're last time you visited us.

     

    To help us reduce the level of contact and help the maximum number of customers we ask that where possible customers visit the store in no more than groups of 2.

     

    Here's what we've done to make sure we're COVID Secure;

    • We have hand sanitiser available at the entrance to all of our stores
    • All of our colleagues will follow the government social distancing guidelines
    • At times we may have to restrict the number of customers in-store, this may be due to an appointment that is over running, if this is the case we'll ask you to queue outside the store 
    • We've temporarily removed brochures from our stores- if you require a specific one then please ask a member of our team.

     

    If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms we ask that you do not visit the store;

    • A new, persistent cough
    • A high temperature
    • A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
