    Free training for youth practitioners and educators on how to use a brand new European-wide resource that will educate young people about safety aspects of sexual health with a focus on consent, well being and avoiding risk. The resource which has been developed with the support of Leargas and Erasmus + will outline a practical and interactive session youth workers and educators can run with their youth group.

    About this Training

    Youth Work Ireland
    , ECYC (European Confederation of Youth Clubs) and LOGO Jugendmanagement (Austria) have developed a new resource for youth workers and educators to support them in their practice and understanding of the issues facing young people in relation to sexual health, with a particular focus on consent, wellbeing, avoiding risk

    The resource which has been developed with and for youth workers across Europe is designed to guide and support existing practice. The resource will outline a practical and interactive session youth workers can run with their youth group.

    This training event will officially launch the new resource and offer the first round of free training to youth practitioners on how they can use the resource in their youth group setting.

    Target Audience
    This training is targeted at youth workers, youth club volunteers, teachers, social workers, youth professional and indeed anyone who works with young people and wants to improve their practice around issues of sexual health, consent and wellbeing.
